All orders received before 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. We use a combination of TNT, Couriers Please and Toll freight companies depending on cost and delivery time lines. East Coast deliveries generally take 2 to 3 days with metropolitan deliveries in 7 days or less.
Deliveries Outside of AustraliaSouthern Lights do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.
Delivery ConfirmationTracking details for your order will be included in your order confirmation email. Registered customers will also be able to locate these details from within their account area once dispatch has been confirmed.

ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 7 days.
Returned goods must be in its original packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
