FAQs ABOUT OUR LED PILLAR CANDLES

How long do your LED pillar candles burn for?

The batteries in your LED pillar candles should last up to 200 hours. Each candle requires 2 x AA batteries (not included). 

Do I need to use a candle holder with my LED pillar candles?

You don’t necessarily need to use candle holders as your LED pillar candles are free-standing. However, if you want to add some additional style to your display, you can use any of our pillar candle holders with our LED pillars. 

Are there different flame settings on your LED pillar candles?

Yes! Our Atmosphere LED Candles can be customised with four timer settings, two flame modes and a three-position dimmer switch. Our white LED pillar candles can also be controlled via remote control (sold separately). 

What colour LED pillar candles do you offer?

We currently offer white and black LED pillar candles. Our white flameless candles are compatible with our remote control (sold separately). 

Do LED pillar candles produce heat? 

No, unlike traditional wax candles, LED pillar candles do not create any heat as they are powered by batteries and LEDs.

Do you offer free shipping on LED pillar candle orders?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $99. Please note free shipping is only available for orders with an eligible street address, we’re unable to ship orders to PO boxes. We don’t currently offer free shipping on international orders. Purchase online today.
