Seeka Rewards Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.1 The Hueseeka Loyalty Program, Seeka Rewards is operated by 28 Degrees Trading Pty Ltd ("Hueseeka") (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Businesses and sales channels Soley owned by Hueseeka.

1.3 Must hold a Retail Account with Hueseeka and have had made an initial purchase.

1.4 Hueseeka reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued membership to the Hueseeka Rewards Program following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.5 By applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any variations to them made by Hueseeka in its sole discretion.

1.6 We may discontinue Hueseeka Rewards Program at our sole discretion, at no liability to you.

1.7 Hueseeka accepts no responsibility for any email not received by Members or for any delay in delivery due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.

1.8 Hueseeka is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either collected at the time you registered as a Member or during the course of your Membership.

1.9 These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.

Participation in Hueseeka Rewards Program

2.1 To be eligible to participate in Hueseeka Rewards Program, you must be an Australian resident and and not a business or corporation.

2.2 To become a Member of Hueseeka Rewards Program, you must fill out our online application form. Once your application has been accepted (allow up to 48 hours) you will receive a confirmation email. Hueseeka may accept or refuse your membership in its sole discretion.

2.3 Each member is only permitted to have one membership which will be allocated to one nominated email address. Each email address may only be used for a single membership.

2.4 As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login and password and you are responsible for any activity under your account. You agree to immediately notify Hueseeka of any unauthorised use of your account. It is your responsibility to notify Hueseeka if you wish to cancel your membership. Hueseeka is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

2.5 Hueseeka may terminate or suspend your membership to the Program in its sole discretion and without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions; tamper with the registration process; abuse any privilege accorded to you under the Program; supply any misleading information or make any misrepresentations to Hueseeka in connection with the Program; or engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Program.

Redeeming Reward Points

3.1 Hueseeka members will receive credit on their account to the value of ten cents from every dollar spent.

3.2 When a Hueseeka Member complete a transaction online and identifies themselves by logging into their online Member account, Reward Dollars of the Valid Purchase are added to their account up to 48 hours after their purchase.

3.3 Hueseeka reserves the right to remove Reward Dollars incorrectly or accidentally added to a Hueseeka account.

3.4 Hueseeka members can log in to their ‘My Account’ page to view the Reward Dollars they have earned.

3.5 Reward Dollars can only be redeemed for Hueseeka products. Reward Dollars earned cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.6 The maximum amount of points you are able to redeem is 500 which is equal to a $50 discount. On each purchase, Members will decide how much credit they want to use for that purchase. Remember that redeeming points for a discount is not combinable with any other discount, promotion, or offer like a Gift with Purchase.

3.7 The Reward Dollars will appear as account credit on the checkout page as an available payment option. Members are able to choose how much credit to use against the purchase. An example would be that a member can pay for half an order through credit and the remainder using a different payment method such as PayPal or Visa.

3.8 Hueseeka may offer special offers to some or all Hueseeka Members from time to time. These offers may include additional terms and conditions.

3.9 All special offer values are inclusive of GST where applicable and are quoted in Australian dollars.

3.10 Reward Dollars can only be redeemed once. 

3.11 Hueseeka Reward Dollars, special offers and discounts are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

3.12 Seeka Reward special offers and promotions must be redeemed on the dates specified in the relevant additional terms and conditions. All special offers are subject to availability.

3.13 Points are not awarded if you enter your birthday that matches a date within 30 days to discourage potential fraud. In this case, you would be awarded points the following year.

3.14 Hueseeka reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.

3.15 Returns: If a member wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or misdescribed: - Any Reward redeemed or utilised during the original purchase can be honoured for an exchange, otherwise it will be forfeited.

3.16 If you joined Seeka Rewards prior to 12/09/2023 your point balance from Club CANDLE CO. will remain in your balance wallet. However, your entry into the VIP tiers will be effective once you make your first purchase. Rest assured, these adjustments come with exciting new tiers and extra perks.If you joined Seeka Rewards after 12/09/2023 Points are valid for 12 months from when you created an account with Seeka Rewards. Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity with Hueseeka.
