Am I eligible to join Club Candle Co?

Membership to Club Candle Co is open to all residents of Australia who currently hold a Retail Account with Southern Lights Candle Co and have had made an initial purchase..

 

How do I join Club Candle Co?

You can sign up for Club Candle Co here. After you have registered to join, your Club Candle Co account will be activated within 48 business hours. Once activated, you will receive a Welcome to Club Candle Co email, you will then be eligible to start earning rewards dollars on your next purchase. 

 

What are reward dollars?

Rewards dollars are accrued on all subsequent product purchases (shipping not included), to the value of .10 cents in every dollar. Rewards dollars will be available to be redeemed within 48hrs after they have been earnt.

 

How do I start earning reward dollars?

As a Club Candle Co member, you’ll earn rewards dollars every time you shop, receive a gift from us on your birthday, be in the loop for exclusive member only offers and receive early access to sales.

 

What can I redeem my reward dollars on?

Rewards dollars can be used as tender on all retail product purchases including sale and pre-order items and gift card purchases. Club Candle Co rewards dollars can be saved up and redeemed all at once, or you can spend as you go. Rewards dollars cannot be accrued on purchases where rewards dollars have been used as tender. Reward dollars are unable to be redeemed on shipping. Reward dollars do not expire.

 

How do I check the status of my reward dollars?

Once signed into your Club Candle Co account you can navigate to the ‘My Account’ tab where you can check your reward dollars in the ‘My Account’ tab once signed into your account on our website you will be able to view the status of your reward dollars.

 

How can I change my personal details?

Once signed into your Club Candle Co account you can navigate to the ‘My Account’ tab where you will be able to update your personal information, manage shipping addresses, change your password and view and manage your orders.

 

Can I cancel my Club Candle Co Membership?

You can opt out of Club Candle Co at any time by contacting our team at hello@candleco.com.au. Please be aware that this will make any remaining rewards dollars null and void.
